Russell Harold Anderson, age 83, of Buffalo passed away on Friday, April 11, 2025 at his residence.
He was born on August 20, 1941 in Minneapolis the son of Earl and Lillian (Peterson) Anderson.
Russell honorably served his Country in The United States Army.
On June 14, 1969, Russell H. Anderson and Barbara L. Ringer were joined in holy marriage in Long Lake, Minnesota. God blessed their marriage with two daughters.
Russell was employed at Minnesota Rubber for many years.
He enjoyed gardening, feeding the birds/deer, camping and spending time with family.
Survived by his loving wife of fifty-five years: Barbara L. Anderson; daughters: Marcy (Jeremiah) Anderson and Cindy Anderson; a granddaughter: Kayla Anderson; great grandson: Julian Nelson; three brothers and four sisters; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by his mother and step father and by several brothers and sisters.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 19th, 2025 from 1:00-3:00 P.M. at the Peterson Chapel in Buffalo.
Private inurnment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
