Age 74, passed on September 28, 2025.
Russell was the loving husband of Betty Benard. He was the loving father of Russell Burnham II, Lori (Mike) Holder, Kelley Jo (Steve) Hawkins, Ashley (Chris) Puranen, and Michael Burnham. Dear brother of Patricia Finter, Mark (Pat) Burnham, Annette (Rob) Bartollina, Elizabeth (Frank) Fuller, and John Burnham. Cherished grandfather of Cera Burnham, Tylur Hawkins, Charlotte Puranen, and Brooklyn Puranen. Loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, Albert and Ethel.
Russell loved to travel, especially on cruise ships. He enjoyed playing card games including Pinocle and Euchre. His other favorite past times included playing golf and spending time with was family and grandkids.
A Memorial Mass will take place at St. Margaret of Scotland Catholic Church on October 17, 2025 at 10:30am. Instate 9:30am.
