We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Russell McGinn. He passed away on July 14th 2025, peacefully in his sleep.
He loved watching hockey, baseball and football – his favorite teams were the New York Rangers, the Mets, and the Miami Dolphins.
He is survived by his wife, children, grandsons, mother, brothers and their spouses as well as nieces & nephews. He will be greatly missed.
A funeral mass honoring his life will be held on Friday August 8th,2025 at 10:45 am at Saint Raymond's Church in East Rockaway.

My deepest condolences to the McGinn family on this loss. I will always remember those great times at the Commuters Club, and softball field with Russ. May the Good Lord wrap you all in his arms and help you heal through this time.

I am so saddened to hear of Russell's passing. I will always remember his engaging smile and his sense of humor. Tatum and I will be there for the Celebration of Life.
