Russell F. Willshaw, known affectionately as Russ, passed away on July 18, 2024, at the age of 61, in his Harding Twp, NJ home. Born on September 23, 1962, in Morristown, NJ, Russ was the son of the late Russel A. and Bertha (Krashinski) Willshaw. He was a longtime resident of Harding Twp.
Russ graduated from Ridge High School, Basking Ridge, NJ, and furthered his education at William Paterson University, Wayne, NJ. He dedicated his career to accounting, serving as a Certified Public Accountant and proudly owning Russell Willshaw Accounting.
Outside of his professional life, Russ was known for his passion for finance, particularly enjoying hobbies such as day trading. His charismatic personality and unique sense of humor made him a cherished friend to many. Russ also enjoyed fantasy football and baseball.
Russell is survived by his sister, Mary Ann Dickinson, and her husband Darryl of Smithfield, KY.
A graveside inurnment will be held at Somerset Hills Memorial Park, 95 Mt. Airy Road, Basking Ridge, NJ, on Thursday, July 25th, at 11 AM.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Russ's memory to: Market Street Mission OR American Heart Association
Russell F. Willshaw, fondly remembered as Russ, will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
