She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymundo and Maria Riojas; loving son, Juan Carlos Reyna; and siblings, Richard Riojas and Raymond Riojas.
She is survived by her loving children, Dolores Hernandez, Julia Rodriguez, Carlos Reyna (Aracely), Cruz Reyna, Sandra Reyna (Pete), Janie Hernandez, Pete Rodriguez, Moses Ochoa and Javier Ochoa; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; siblings, Pete Aleman, George Aleman, Jessie Riojas, Rachel Riojas, Carol Riojas, and Roy Riojas. Ruth is also survived by numerous other loving family and friends.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. with Recitation of the Holy Rosary to begin at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 1, 2019 at Austin Peel and Son Funeral Home, located at 607 E. Anderson Lane, Austin, TX 78752. Inurnment will follow at a later date at Assumption Cemetery.
