Ruth A. Lewis, age 74 of North Huntingdon, now residing in Greensburg, died August 7, 2025, at Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg. She was born October 20,1950 in McKeesport, a daughter of the late Benjamin and Mary Kelly Steele. Ruth was a graduate of Norwin High School, Class of 1968. She was a member of the Circleville Firehall Ladies Auxiliary and a 50-year member of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed bingo, word searches and was known as the "library lady" at Stewartsville School. Her most special time was time spent with her son. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her former husband, Charles Lewis and one sister, Kathy Steele. She is survived by her beloved son, Ben Lewis and his fiancée Kelly Donohue. Friends will be received at the JAMES W. SHIRLEY FUNERAL HOME, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon on Monday from 2-4, 6-8 p.m. Interment will be private in Penn Lincoln Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the White Oak Animal Safe Haven or The Special Olympics. www.shirleyfuneralhome.com.
