Ruth Ann (Van Horn) Reutter, 82, of Enfield, formerly of Tolland, beloved wife of the late David L. Reutter, died peacefully at home on Wednesday, February 11, 2026. Her family will receive friends for calling hours on Sunday, February 15, 2026, from 3-6 p.m., at the Ladd-Turkington & Carmon Funeral Home, 551 Talcottville Rd., (Rte. 83) Vernon. A funeral service will be celebrated on Monday, February 16, 2026, 10:30 a.m., in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Ellington Center Cemetery.
