Ruth built a career as a dedicated hairdresser, known for her skill, warmth, and kindness to everyone she met. She cherished her family deeply and took great joy in spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her mother, Miriam; her siblings, Elias, Esequiel, Noemi, Moises, Abraham, and Deborah; her husband, Elmer Aparicio Garcia of Hartford; her children, Cristal Y. Munoz Santiago of Vernon Rockville, Walter Nick Valencia of Manchester, and Jerry Munoz Santiago of Manchester; and her six grandchildren. She was predeceased by her father, Guillermo Santiago.
Her life will be remembered for her loving spirit, and the joy she brought to those around her.
Her family will receive friends for calling hour on Friday, August 29, 2025, from 10am - 12pm at the Ladd-Turkington & Caron Funeral Home, 551 Talcottville Rd. (Rt. 83) in Vernon. A procession will follow to Valley Falls Cemetery in Vernon for a graveside service. For online condolences please visit www.carmonfuneralhome.com
