Ruth Ann Tyson

Ruth Ann Tyson, age 78, passed away on Saturday, November 11, 2023.
Born October 24, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Howard Daniel Hothem and Edith Iola (Stiner) Hothem.
Ruth Ann attended and graduated from the Nationwide Beauty Academy and worked at Dawn's County Charm until she retired in 2015. She was also a longtime Ohio State fan and was a caring dog mom to her beloved dog, Sammy.
Ruth Ann leaves behind to cherish her memory her son, Greg Tyson and his wife, Marianne, of Pensacola, FL; and her grandson, Zander Tyson, of Pensacola, FL; her sister, Janice Matiko, of Beaver Falls, PA; her brother, Paul Hothem, of Mount Vernon, OH.
In addition to her parents, Ruth Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Edward Tyson; her brothers, Keith, Wayne, and Owen Hothem; and her great-granddaughter Fern Ann Tyson.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
