Ruth Anna Uteritz, 94, a resident of Carol Stream, Illinois, formerly of Oak Park, Illinois, an employee of the Village of Oak Park Health Department for many years until her retirement, died at Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield, Illinois, on Friday, October 27, 2000. Visitation is scheduled for Monday, October 30, 2000, 3-8 p.m., at Hultgren Funeral Home, 304 North Main Street, Wheaton, Illinois. Services are scheduled for Tuesday, October 31, at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Gardens West, Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. Memorials may be directed to Johnson Healthcare Center, 110 Windsor Park Drive, Carol Stream, IL 60188.
