Rutha Lee Linehan Mason, 80, of Weatherford passed away Wednesday, May 09, 2018, in a local nursing facility.
Funeral service: 2PM, Monday, May 14, 2018, in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel with interment to follow at Central Cemetery.
Visitation: 4-6 PM, Sunday at the funeral home.
Rutha was born February 14, 1938, in Weatherford to Robert Bailous “RB” and Mandy Loggins Brown. She was a receiving clerk for Seicor for 28 dedicated years. She later began working at Springtown ISD. Rutha was a devoted member of Central Baptist Church and The Eastern Star. She enjoyed making jewelry, loved spending time with her family and helping at the church.
Rutha was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles LaVoy Linehan; son and daughter in law, Stephen and Janey Linehan; and her sister, Vydell Grant.
She leaves behind her husband of two and a half years, Robert E. Mason; children, Pamela Grammer and her boyfriend, Robert Hopper, Mark Linehan and wife, Andrea, Marlani Hewett and husband, David; grandchildren, Buddy David, Kristi, Derrick, David (DayDay), Jacob, Laura, Kayla, Kayson, Ashton, Charles, Cynthia, Crystal and Bishop; 29 great grandchildren; siblings, John Brown and wife, Rama, and Bobbie Ball; sister in law, Larane Phillips and husband, Buddie.
