Ryan Ault

With fondness and warmth, we remember the vibrant spirit of Ryan Christopher Ault, 45. passed away suddenly on on August 21, 2023 in St. Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center. Ryan was born on March 22, 1978. Known for his ambitious spirit, compassionate heart, and a courageous outlook towards life, Ryan was the very definition of a live wire who lit up any room he entered. Born in Anchorage, AK, he left a lasting impression wherever he lived, from Palm Desert, California, to his most recent residence in Burley, Idaho.
Ryan has always had an entrepreneur like spirit. He was an MMA trainer by profession, but his passion for fitness went far beyond his job. He also enjoyed channeling his inner canine whisperer as a dog trainer for many years. He was a man of many talents, yet his most noteworthy achievement was his service in the US Navy from 1996 to 2002. He was a funny fellow who could make anyone laugh. Ryan had a knack for being the life of the party and his hilarious anecdotes will be cherished by all.
Ryan is survived by an extensive and loving family. His children, Sydnee (Richard) Goodell; Olivia Ault; Aaro Ault; mother, Kathy Olsen; siblings, Brittnee (Tyson) Roskelley; Brandon (McKenna) Ault; grandchildren: Peyton, Hudson, and Nellie Goodell; his fiancé, Emma Funk and her children: Jackson, Hudson, Piper, and Graham Funk; his grandfathers, Lloyd Ault, Art Carr. Ryan was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Ault; his grandmothers, Kay Ault and Jean Carr; and his step-father, Bert Olsen.
Our father Ryan will be sadly missed and will always hold a place in our hearts. In celebration of his life, we will hold a dinner and gathering that will take place on Saturday, September 30, 2023, at 58 N Main St, Brigham City, UT 84302 at 6:00pm MDT.
