Ryan John Kinnear

HALIFAX - Ryan John Kinnear, age 40, of Halifax, PA, passed away on April 11, 2025. He was born on Sept. 3, 1984 and raised in Cicero, New York, and will be remembered for his kindness, strong work ethic, and deep love for his family and community.
Ryan was a proud graduate of Penn State University, where he earned a degree in Information Sciences and Technology. He went on to work as a dedicated Data Analyst for Trinity Health/MediGold, where he was respected not only for his intelligence and professionalism but for the care and compassion he brought to everything he did. He had a heart for service and was always ready to help others, leaving a lasting mark on those lucky enough to know him.
Ryan shared a beautiful life with his soulmate and beloved wife of 7 years, Brandi Tobias. Together for 11 years, theirs was a partnership filled with laughter, devotion, and love. One of their greatest joys was traveling the world together, creating unforgettable memories in places like Thailand, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. He was also a proud and supportive stepfather to Corey Attivo and Cody Attivo, never missing a chance to cheer them on from the sidelines and celebrate their accomplishments.
Ryan had a wide circle of friends who cherished his loyalty, humor, and generous spirit-most notably his best friends Randy Stamm and Michael Everett, who stood by him through every season of life.
He is survived by his loving parents, Steven and Sandra Kinnear; his sister Erica Abramson and her husband Evan; and his brother Kyle Kinnear and his wife Kelsey. Ryan was also a cherished uncle to five nieces, three step-nieces, and two step-nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Armstrong Valley Winery on Sunday, June 22, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., where friends and family are invited to gather in remembrance of a man who lived with purpose, loved deeply, and left the world a better place simply by being in it.
He will be profoundly missed and forever loved.
