Doerun, Georgia – Ryan Harvey “RJ” White, Jr., 19, of Doerun, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, August 9, 2025.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, August 15, 2025, at Cobb Funeral Chapel, with the Reverend LaDon Harrell officiating. Interment will be at Cobb-Suncrest Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends and family from 10:00 until 10:45 AM, Friday, August 15, 2025, at Cobb Funeral Chapel.

Casketbearers will be Kenny Rayburn, Michael Reese, Kim Allen, Nicholas Wilson, Paxton McDaniel and Thomas Williams.

Born June 19, 2006, in Thomasville, Georgia, he was a son of Ryan Harvey White, Sr. and Ashley Rayburn Mathis.

Preceding him in death is his grandfather, Harvey James White, Sr.

He worked at The Trading Post, enjoyed sports, playing video games, fishing and playing golf.

Survivors include his father, Ryan Harvey White, Sr. and wife, Melissa; mother, Ashley Rayburn Mathis and husband, Julian; sisters, Ayla White and Calie Tipton; brothers, Ayden McLellan, Keigan White and Jordan Tipton; nana and papa, Judy and Stanley Turner; his special friend, Katlyn Nichols; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Cobb Funeral Chapel has been entrusted with arrangements.
