Ryland Emminger Sacik

Ryland Emminger Sacik, of Satellite Beach, Florida was born on September 21, 2001 and passed away suddenly on September 21, 2024. Ryland was loved and cherished by a large family including his parents Chimene Rice (Dan) and Michael Sacik (Helen), brothers Talton Sacik and Benton Rice, step-siblings Brittany, Tyler and Alex Eggert, grandparents Donna & William Gaunce and Dolly & Joe Sacik, step-grandparents Karen & Ronald Rice, uncle Marc Gaunce (Susan), aunt Melissa Collins (Mike) and cousins James Fullenwider, Maxwell Gaunce, Rachel Gaunce (fiance Luke Kubacki), Mitchell Gaunce, Kameron and Quinn Collins, and so many more extended family members and friends, as well as his beloved cat, Snook. Ryland was a 2020 graduate of Satellite High School. He also attended Eastern Florida State College and Florida State College at Jacksonville. Ryland grew up enjoying many things, and they almost always happened outdoors. He began playing little league baseball by the age of four, played many summers of all-stars and travel ball, and eventually played for Satellite High School. He enjoyed music of all kinds and loved finding new bands and going to concerts with his friends. But if Ryland had one absolute passion, it was fishing. From the moment he held his first Spiderman fishing pole, he was happiest in or near water always searching for the next great catch. He loved to fish at any opportunity but most of all with family and friends. He delighted in preparing (and taking pictures of) delicious fish dishes to share.Ryland loved people, and his generous heart made people love him right back. Our world has lost a bright light. We will never forget him and never stop loving him. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, September 27, 2024, at Beach Funeral Homes - East, 1689 South Patrick Drive, Indian Harbour Beach, FL 32937 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. "Ryland Casual" is welcomed; please come in your jeans or board shorts and flip flops if you like.
