Sally McCombs Obituary
Sally Ann McCombs, 91, died at Parkview Manor in Wellman, Iowa on November 6, 2025. She was born April 2, 1934, to Clair and Mildred (Feaster) Denny near Delta. She graduated from Delta High School in 1952. Sally went to work at Hayesvilles Savings Bank and later Younkers in Des Moines. On February 22, 1959, she married Wayne Leland McCombs. Sally and her husband farmed outside of South English where she was a homemaker and farmers wife. After Waynes death in 1976, Sally and her sons took over running the family farm.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and brother Bill Denny.
She is survived by her sons Randy McCombs of Sigourney and Danny McCombs of South English and her sister Marilyn Denny of Oskaloosa.
Funeral Services Monday November 10, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the Holm Funeral Home. Visitation One Hour Before
Burial in South English Cemetery.
