Mrs. Sally Katherine Pedigo, age 87, of Franklin, KY, passed away on Saturday, October 4, 2025 at a care home in Cottontown, TN.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Gilbert Funeral Home & Crematory. Visitation will continue on Tuesday, October 7th at 6:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 11:00 AM with interment to follow in Sulphur Spring Cemetery in Simpson County, KY.
Sally was born on May 28, 1938 in Logan County, KY to the late William Emmett Link and the late Ruby Elizabeth (Sanders) Link. She is also preceded in death by a sister, Jane Carol Schrimpshire.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Billy Pedigo; two children, David Allan Pedigo (Betty Jane) of Franklin, KY and Kathy Dinning of Franklin, KY; five grandchildren, Adria Colson, Nick Colson (Amanda), Hunter Colson (Krista), Seth Pedigo and Bailey Pedigo; 11 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Sally was a member of Locust Grove Church of Christ in Simpson County, KY. She was retired from Potter & Brumfield/Siemens Corporation from over 40 years of service. Sally's life was full of interests such as traveling with Billy or curling up in a chair to enjoy an engaging book. She was an extraordinary seamstress and cook. Her biggest joy was being a loving grandmother to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
