Sally Pins Obituary
Sally was a proud Native American woman who carried deep love for her family and her heritage. She cherished time spent with those she loved most and found joy simply in being together. In her younger years, she loved the outdoors, especially fishing, where she felt peace and connection. She also treasured taking her mama to the casino, creating memories filled with laughter and companionship.
Above all, Sally loved being a mother. Her greatest pride and joy was her only son, Scott Michael, who she took great joy in telling anyone that was her "son-son". Sally also had a special place in her heart for her beloved cat, "She-She," who brought her comfort and happiness.
Sally is survived by her son, Scott Michael Pins; her brothers, Alvin and Robert Bouschor, her sister, Rita Bouschor, Uncle John "Deek" Sylvester; and her nieces and nephews: Daniel Hutte, Jackie-Marie Hutte, Jennifer Bouschor, Steven Perrault, James Skipper, Justin Skipper, Payton Bouschor, and Chase Bouschor. As well as her great nieces and nephews, John, Mikayla, Dezmond, Kendyn, Waylon, Dylan, Deacon, Brody, Brionna and Cecilia. She is also remembered lovingly by extended family and friends.
Sally was preceded in death by her parents, Mary-Lou and Alvin; her siblings, Cheryl, Thomas, Jim Skipper and John Bouschor; as well as many other family members who have made their way to the spirit world.
We choose to remember Sally for who she was despite her struggles in this world. She was a funny, caring, and loving woman who tried to help anyone when she could. Her warmth, humor, and heart will be deeply missed. Her family will carry her memory with them always.
Services for Sally will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Family Life Funeral Homes, 4951 S. M-129 Sault Ste. Marie, MI 49783, with the memo 'Sally Pins' to help the family with funeral cost during this time. Any little donation will help, thank you.
