Surviving include her husband Russell Clayton Rineer, her daughters Lara Duffy (Matthew) and Katie Gritter (Ryan), her sisters Joan Bondi (Admiral Peter Bondi) and Carla McLean, and her five grandchildren Jack Duffy, Cate Duffy, Luke Duffy, Danielle Gritter, and Jason Gritter.
A Celebration of Mrs. Rineer's life will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at Valley Community Church. Friends may sign the online register by visiting www.hockadayfs.com. Hockaday Funeral & Cremation Service is serving the Rineer family during this time.

Sally was a determined, dedicated and exceptional Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse. Her talent was instrumental in saving the lives of countless premature babies. She also epitomized what a Godly wife should be.

The things I remember about Sally is how she always made a person feel welcomed with her hugs and infectious smile. I enjoyed conversing with her and listening to her read at the Littleton small group. Her voice was soothing and very therapeutic. Sally was like a little ray of sunshine.
