Sally Schie Obituary
Sally was born in Walnut Creek on December 19, 1937 to the late Wilbur and Violet Katherine (Kaser) Hostetler and married John Robert Schie on February 4, 1959. He died on May 4, 2025.
Sally retired from Walnut Creek Dental in 2001 and then went to work at Tis the Season in Berlin until retiring for the second time. She was a member of St. John's Church in Walnut Creek, where she enjoyed singing in the choir and had served on various church committees. She liked to walk, enjoyed traveling on bus trips, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her sons Mark (Monica) Schie of Hudson and Brad Schie of Baltic and granddaughters Hannah (Shane) Hartman and Lily Schie
Private family graveside services will be held at St. John's Church Cemetery in Walnut Creek.
