Sally Ann Tupa, age 80, of Merrill, Wisconsin passed away on Saturday, October 7, 2023 with her family by her side at Wausau Manor in Wausau, Wisconsin. She was born on March 4, 1943 to the late Warren and Delores (Cartwright) Hedges in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. She graduated from Merrill High School in 1961. Sally met the love of her life, Kenneth Tupa Sr. and were married on August 5, 1961 at Burean Baptist Church in Tomahawk. They were married for 62 wonderful years.

She was often called “Silly Sally” for her sense of humor. She had a beautiful personality who got along with just about everybody. She adored animals, was a great cook and sewed just about everything for her kids and grandkids, including Halloween costumes and outfits that they would wear to school. She also enjoyed quilting and going on camping trips with the family to the Phillips and Minocqua area.
