Salvatore Cardillo

Age 92, of Bloomfield, on November 17, 2025. Beloved husband of the late Cecilia Cardillo; loving father of Giorgio (Christine) Cardillo and Yolanda (Dennis) Killen; grandfather of Victoria Cardillo, Salvatore Cardillo Jr., Daniel Killen, and Sarah Killen; brother of Emilia, Maria, and Iolanda; son of the late Antonio and Ernesta Cardillo. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Salvatore was born in Italy. He spent the first 30 years living in Italy. He spent the next 30 years of his life in Venezuela, and the last 32 years of his life living in America. He was a very ambitious and hardworking person who cared about his family very much. Always striving to provide a better life for his family. He will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held on Thursday, from 2-6pm at the D'ALESSANDRO FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY LTD., Butler at 46th Sts., Lawrenceville, where family and friends will then gather Friday at 9am. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Pio of Pietrelcina Parish, St. Augustine Church at 10am. Interment at Allegheny Cemetery to follow.
