Salvatore "Sal" Inzone

Salvatore "Sal" Inzone, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on November 21, 2025.

Born in Brooklyn, New York, to Vito Inzone and Carmella "Calamita" Inzone, Sal grew up with strong family values that shaped the caring and hardworking man he became. During his teenage years, he moved to Long Island, where he built a beautiful life with his devoted wife, Mary Ann. Together, they raised their two sons, Vito and Michael.

Sal was known for his jokes, his incredible knowledge and his unwavering love for his family. He was a religious man whose faith guided him throughout his life. He was not only a loving brother, father, grandfather, and devoted husband, but also a cherished and beloved member of every community he touched.

A passionate collector with a deep love for antiquing and unique treasures, Sal embraced his interests wholeheartedly. His dedication to his craft, his community, and the people around him left a lasting impression on all who knew him.

Sal is survived by his sister, Caroline Guardiano; his brother, Michael Inzone; his sons, Vito Inzone and Michael Inzone; and his grandchildren, Anthony Inzone, Vincent Inzone, Michael Inzone, and Briana Inzone. He was predeceased by his wife, Mary Ann Inzone, his mother, Carmella Calamita, and his father, Vito Inzone and his sister, Vickie Ann Inzone. He will be deeply missed by all whose lives he brightened.

A celebration of Sal's life will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, where family and friends will gather to honor his memory and share stories of the love, laughter, and kindness he brought to so many. His burial will be on Wednesday, November 26, 2025 at Calverton National Cemetery.
