Salvatore "Sal" A. Morello, 87, of King of Prussia, PA, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at Bryn Mawr Hospital. He was surrounded by his loving family and gracefully departed while listening to one of his favorite singers, Andrea Bocelli.

Sal was born on March 17, 1938 to the late Antonio and Jennie (Monti) Morello in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was raised in South Philadelphia, graduated from Southeast Catholic High School in 1956, and proudly served in the United States Army. Sal was the beloved husband of Christine Gloria (Prezimirski) Morello for 64 wonderful years. Together, they were blessed in life with a strong marriage of love and friendship.

Sal was a member of Mother of Divine Providence Church for 55 years and a longtime resident of King of Prussia, PA where he and Christine raised their 4 children. Sal and Christine also owned and operated Hair Designs by Sal & Chris in Berwyn, PA for 53 years. He was an expert in his craft and enjoyed an amazing reputation. Sal was well known and loved by many in the Philadelphia and surrounding area and enjoyed a multitude of professional and personal relationships with his clientele.

Throughout his life, Sal was always known for his warm and welcoming nature. Some of his favorite pastimes were bowling and playing cards with his friends and family. Later in life he was an active member of the Upper Merion Senior Center where he also enjoyed playing bingo and laughing and entertaining everyone around him.

Sal's passing will bring a void to those who were fortunate to have him in their life. He will be deeply missed by his immediate and extended family, as well as his many friends. In addition to his loving and caring wife Chris, Sal is survived by his four children, Anthony Morello (ChristyAnn), Jeanna Boures (Michael), Joann Marrone (John "Jack"), and Salvatore Morello, Jr. (Megan); 13 grandchildren, Michael (Macie), AnnaElise, Daniel (Camila), Maxwell (Kady), Johnny (Brittany), Belle, Garrett, Paulina, Evan, Salvy, Sofia-Marie, Allison, and Nicki; two great grandchildren, Lucy-Jean and Maxwell, Jr.; and one great grandchild on the way

Sal lived his life to the fullest and leaves behind his legacy that all of his children and grandchildren model in their everyday life - Success is not only measured by what you achieve at work, but more importantly by the love and dedication you show to your family and friends along the way.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Mother of Divine Providence Church, 333 Allendale Rd. King of Prussia, PA 19406 from 9:30-10:45am. A Catholic Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00am. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Sal's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at https://www.stjude.org/
