In Loving Memory of Sam Daniel
Sam Daniel, age 55, of Clarkston, Michigan, went home to be with the Lord on October 8, 2025, surrounded by his beloved family. Born on July 21, 1970, in Bangalore, India, Sam was the cherished firstborn son of Sunny and Sheela Daniel. At just 9 months old, he immigrated with his parents to Canada, where he spent his formative years in Toronto before moving to Michigan in his late twenties.
In 1998, Sam married the love of his life, Sherri, (daughter of late Varghese and Ponnamma Solomon) and together they built a beautiful life centered around faith, family, and service. He was a devoted father to his three children-twin daughters Elianna and Annalise (15), and son Joel (10)-who were the joy of his heart.
Professionally, Sam served as a Project Manager at SumRiko, where he was respected for his dedication and integrity. Spiritually, he was active member of Auburn Hills Christian Center, always eager to serve and uplift others. His unwavering faith in Christ guided every aspect of his life, and he will be remembered for his joyful spirit, compassionate heart, and deep love for God's work.
Sam is survived by his loving wife Sherri, his children Elianna, Annalise, and Joel, his parents Sunny and Sheela, and his two sisters, Susie (Aby) and Suma (late Byju).
A visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th at 6:00 - 8:30 PM, followed by a funeral service on Saturday, October 18th at 9:30 am at Auburn Hills Christian Center (2592 Walton Blvd., Auburn Hills, MI 48326). Interment will follow at Ottawa Park Cemetery (6180 Dixie Highway, Clarkston, MI 48346).
Sam's life was a testament to faith, love, and service. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
