Samuel Cecrle Obituary
On Sept. 24, 1968 Sam married the love of his life Judith (Correll). Sam and Judy had two children that survive his death, Bryan Cecrle and Heather (Bob Tibetts) Cecrle, all of Koontz Lake.
Sam was a Veteran of the US Army, after which he drove truck for many years for various companies, most recently Holland Regional. He loved helping everyone and working on his Gravely tractors as well as trying to bring a smile to others faces. His smile was infectious. He also loved attending his regular "breakfast with friends," as well as canning and animals.
He is survived by his two children; two brothers Ben (Joan) and Charlie (Joyce) Cecrle of Melbourne, FL; one sister Lulu Goddard of Niles, MI; as well as many loving friends and extended family. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife of 49 years; two brothers Paul (Bev) and David (Ann) Cecrle; and one sister Betty Upham. Sam will be greatly missed!
Visiting hours will be from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. EDT Friday, Aprill 26, 2024 at the Rannells Funeral Home, Koontz Lake Chapel. Funeral Services will be at 12 p.m. EDT also on Friday, April 26 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Grovertown Cemetery.
