Mr. Samuel Glen Couch Jr

Mr. Samuel (Sammy) G. Couch, Jr., age 60 of Crestview, Florida passed away Wednesday June 10, 2020 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, Florida. He was born in Crestview, Florida June 15, 1959 to Samuel Couch and the late Jeanette Livingston.. Glen was a member of Evelenar Missionary Baptist Church. He attended Carver Hill School and graduated from Crestview High School. He joined the United States Army in 1979. He was a hard worker, helpful and handy. His professional employment was an expert brick masonry. Glen also had a black belt in Karate, Jujitsu and Taekwondo. He was known around as Sam, Glen or Pete. He was a natural comedian and never met a stranger and always found a way to make others laugh. Glen loved to cook and eat. His loving memories will forever be cherished by his family: Father, Samuel (Udell) Couch of Jacksonville, FL; one stepson, Michael Turner of Anniston, AL; one daughter, Andrea Couch of Anniston, AL; two brothers, David (Pam) Clayborne of Hampton, VA, Jonathan Couch, two stepbrothers; Willie and Timmy Fletcher of Jacksonville, FL; three sisters, Stephanie Couch, Natasha Couch and Sandra Fletcher of Jacksonville, FL; three granddaughters, Azaria Morris, Jamya Couch, Raven Couch of Anniston, AL; one uncle, Benjamin Couch of Crestview, FL; five aunts, Addie Durm, Doran McLaughlin, Ola M. Couch, Annie M. Couch, all of Crestview, FL and Eva Reynolds Raymond of New Orleans, LA; and Melissa and mom and dad Sterna.. He will greatly be missed by a host of relatives, friends, co-workers and his favorite cousin #Mom Yalonda "Nikki" Lee. Memorialization was by cremation.
