Samuel Tyler “Sammy” Norman, age 26, of Buford, Georgia, passed away on October 24, 2025. He was born on December 13, 1998, in Lawrenceville, Georgia, to Samuel P. Norman and Bonnie Lorenna Norman.
Sammy was a bright, creative, and compassionate soul whose presence brought warmth and laughter to everyone who knew him. He attended Mountain View High School and later pursued his love of art and design, combining his natural creativity and intelligence in both the culinary world and in web design and animation.
A gifted artist and musician, Sammy had an extraordinary imagination and loved bringing his ideas to life through music and web animation design. He had a deep appreciation for Japanese culture and anime, which inspired much of his creative work. His humor, kindness, and gentle heart left a lasting impact on everyone around him.
Sammy was sweet, funny, and full of light. He made his family feel loved and proud, and his creativity and strength served as an inspiration to many.
He is survived by his father, Samuel P. Norman; mother, Bonnie Lorenna Norman; grandfather, Samuel C. Norman; brother, Hayden Norman; brother, Atticus Zalewski; sister, Bela Norman; daughters, Akira and Ruby; grandmother and grandfather, Elizabeth and Herman Shuemake; and two uncles and three aunts.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at Wages and Sons Gwinnett Chapel, 1031 Lawrenceville Hwy., Lawrenceville, GA 30046, with visitation beginning one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Narcotics Anonymous, in memory of Sammy and in honor of the healing and hope the organization brings to so many lives.
Sammy will be remembered for his kind heart, creative spirit, and the joy he brought to those around him. His light will continue to shine in the hearts of his family, his friends, and all who loved him.
