Daughter of the late Harrison and Mildred Pew, Sandra was born February 27, 1944 in Mount Holly. She was raised in Columbus, and attended Bordentown High School, graduating in 1962. After high school, Sandra went to work for the New Jersey Department of Agriculture, where she worked for her entire career as a secretary. Sandra loved reading as well as spending time down the shore at Long Beach Island as well as Ocean City, Maryland. Sandra also enjoyed shopping, but above all else she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be truly missed.
Sandra is predeceased by her husband P. John Anderson. Sandra is survived by her son William (Jeanne) Ashmore, grandchildren Allyson (Robert), Elizabeth, William III, and Sarah, her great grandchildren John, Kinley, Ivy, and Iris, her sister Shirely, and twin sister Carol (Rex).
Interment at the Columbus Cemetery will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sandra's memory to Fox Chase Cancer Center at www.foxchase.org/giving.
