Sandra Barricelli Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Monreal Srnick Funerals & Cremations on Dec. 10, 2025.
Sandra Lee Barricelli, affectionately known as "Sandi B," age 76, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, December 5, 2025. Born on May 18, 1949, to the late Vito and Irene Fiori, Sandi built a magnificent life defined by love, style, and profound devotion to her family.

Her love story was one for the ages. As a model and the runner of David and Lee Modeling agency, Sandi met her future husband, Carl Ralph Barricelli Jr., in the spring of 1972 when he walked into the office to inquire about a freelance photography position. The two were married on May 18, 1973, beginning a profound journey of 52 years.

Sandi was the true fashion icon-she was always dressed immaculately, often to the T, with a full face of makeup, and had the most fabulous collection of clothing, purses, and jewelry around. Yet, she was also the most thoughtful and caring person out there. She was a devout Catholic and a "girl's girl."

Her life's calling was motherhood. Sandi made the loving decision to give up her modeling career to become a dedicated stay-at-home mother, pouring her time and energy into her children's lives. She was heavily involved in the PTO, embodying everything a mother should be: a presence of pure love, warmth, and giving, always making you feel right at home with her servant's heart and warm smile. Her family was everything; she adored her grandchildren, who were the light of her life.

Her passions shone brightly, especially at home. Sandi was a masterful decorator whose greatest joy was creating beautiful spaces, most notably her spectacular Christmas trees. She possessed a green thumb, spending summers tending to her beautiful flower beds.

Sandi is survived by her loving and devoted children: Marc Anthony (Rebecca), Alisa Marie (David) Jeras, and Michael Angelo. She was a cherished Nana and Grandma to Nicholas, Christopher, Katelyn, Giada, and Carlie Ann.

Sandi was preceded in death by her cherished husband of 52 years, Carl Ralph Barricelli Jr., with whom she is now reunited, and her parents, Vito and Irene Fiori.

Sandi was laid to rest at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon, Ohio, in a private ceremony.
