Sandra Kay "Sandy" (Reddick) Businger, 65 of Findlay passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2025 at the Bridge Hospice Care Center. She was born in Findlay on December 29, 1959 to the late Howard and Carol (Keller) Reddick. She is also preceded in death by siblings, Linda (Dick, survives) Fenstermaker, Brad (Debbie, survives) Reddick and Bruce Reddick, brother-in-law, John Businger and sister-in-law, Chris (Steve, survives) Korb. She is survived by loving husband of 25 years, James "Jim" Businger, daughter, Lindsey (Aaron) Walker, sons, Joe (Maegan) Alexander and Matt (Megan) Alexander, two step-daughters, Kim Norton and Sara Businger and a brother, Kevin (Jenny) Reddick. Sandy is also survived by the light of her life, her grandchildren, Reese, Blakely, Hayes, Hudson, Miles, Wynter, Ember, Reed, Ellise and Ella.
She was a 1978 graduate of Findlay High School and worked in various roles in the food service industry and also in childcare.
Sandy was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Michigan Wolverines football. She loved crafting, going to garage sales, singing karaoke, baking, Christmas decorating, pumpkin carving, but most of all, spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5-8pm Thursday, August 21, 2025 at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME (the family encourages all in attendance to wear casual clothes). A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Memorials can be directed to The Brad Reddick School https://www.missionsinternationalofamerica.com/contact-us. The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the staff of both the Armes Cancer Center and Dr. Jacobus and all the staff of Bridge Hospice for their compassion and care.
