Patsy L. Coon, age 79 of Spencerville, passed at 6:00 a.m., Saturday, July 26, 2025 at home. She was born May 14, 1946 in Knoxville, Tennessee to the late James Ottis and Trula Lorena Weaver Stiner.
Patsy was a graduate of Findlay High School and a former member of the Lima Baptist Temple. Recently, she attended Revs. Tex and Boots' church. She dedicated many years to public service as a dispatcher with the Putnam County Sheriff's Office and later worked as a trusted tax preparer with H & R Block for 39 years.
Patsy found joy in life's simple pleasures-she loved playing solitaire and especially cherished her time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her greatest joy and motivation came from her family, who were truly the center of her world.
She enjoyed watching church services and found comfort and strength in reading her Bible. Patsy ministered to her family not only through her faith but also through her unconditional love, support, and presence. Her family was her foundation, and she was theirs.
