Sandra Chalmers

Sandra Chalmers, 55, of Ringgold, Georgia passed away on Monday, April 28, 2025. She was of the Christian faith and resided most of her life in Chattanooga, Tennessee and Ringgold, Georgia. Sandra played in the band and graduated from Ringgold High School, Class of 1988. In 2018, she retired from Hamilton County 911 Dispatch. She loved traveling and socializing.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Edwin Drew Chalmers and Marion Young Chalmers.
She is survived by her siblings Susan (Rick) Steele and Scott (Anna) Chalmers; uncle Joe (Loraine) Young; aunt Martha Carruth; nephews Allen Steele and Cody Chalmers; niece Kathryn Wood, as well as numerous cousins.
The family will receive friends on Thursday from 12:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Homes Wallis ~ Stewart Chapel, Ringgold, Georgia. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at Anderson Memorial Gardens with Gary Knowles officiating.
