Sandra Corn

Sandra Kay Corn, age 80, of Jefferson City, Missouri, formerly of Sullivan and Owensville, Missouri, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 12, 2025, at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on May 6, 1945, in Chester, Illinois, to the late Louis and Eula (Vodrey) Hopkins. Sandra was a graduate of Owensville High School, Class of 1963. On April 27, 2005, she was united in marriage to Harold Corn, who preceded her in death.
Sandra worked for Brown Shoe Factory until its closing and later for Sullivan Die Cast, where she remained until her retirement. She enjoyed embroidering, working puzzles, connect-the-dots, word searches, and watching western movies. Above all, Sandra treasured time spent with her family.
She is survived by her children: Cindy Spurgeon, Patty Preiss (Gary), Ricky Carwile, and Pam Sills (Michael); her aunt, Lois Gadberry; 11 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harold Corn; her son-in-law, Randy Spurgeon; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Olten and Jordan Carwile.
