Sandra Lynn Delk

Sandra Lynn Delk, 56, of Homerville passed away Sunday evening, January 12, 2025, at her residence after an extended illness. She was born in Homerville to the late Roy Lucion Delk, Sr. and Peggy Marie Goins Nipper. Ms. Delk lived here all of her life and was a graduate of Clinch County High School and was a homemaker. She always enjoyed fishing, spending time with family and having family get togethers. Most of all she enjoyed crocheting and cooking.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy Lucion Delk, Sr. and Peggy Marie Goins Nipper.

Survivors include one son, Devin Delk of Homerville; one brother, Roy Delk, Jr. (Rosie Malyska) of Savannah; significant other, Tommy Harrison; best friends, Leanne Peach, Renae Mincey, and Barbara Erwin; nieces and nephews, Kelsey Strickland and her children, Gavin and Luna, Kendal Herrin, Austin Delk, Matt Malyska, Jayden Malyska, and Morgan Malyska; cousins, Linda Crowe, Tammy Thompson, Athena Delk, Mary Keen, Alan Delk, and Tiny Griffis; numerous other cousins and other relatives.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday afternoon, January 15, 2025, at 2 pm at Pine Forest Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6 pm until 8 pm at the funeral home.
