Sandra Dougan Obituary
Sandra (Foley) Dougan, 75, of Marlborough passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at Hartford Hospital peacefully with family by her side. She leaves her husband and best friend of 53 years Patrick J. Dougan.
Born in Hartford, Sandra was the daughter of the late William J. and E. Lorraine (Girouard) Foley. She worked in the banking industry for many years, retiring as a Vice President at the Manchester Savings Bank in 2012. In retirement, she enjoyed her Wednesday Portland par-T-gals Golf League and her Blackledge Friday Ladies Golf League.
In addition to her husband, Sandra was beloved by her two sons and their wives, Patrick J. Dougan, Jr. and his wife Leontine of VA, Michael Dougan and his wife Kerry of RI, her daughter Kelly Juliano and her husband Joe of Glastonbury and her grandchildren Connor and Trevor Dougan, George and Jane Juliano, Flynn and CJ Dougan, her brother William J. Foley III and wife Janet of Hebron, her sisters Patricia Foley of West Hartford, Denise Foley of Guilford, and sister-in-law Juli Shamback of Eastford. Aunt Sandy will be missed by Katie, Meaghan, Colleen, Billy, Tim, Molly, Alex, Ernie, and Cristin and their families.
Funeral services and burial will be private. Friends may call on Friday, June 14, 2024 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Mulryan Funeral Home, 725 Hebron Ave., Glastonbury. For online condolences, please visit www.mulryanfh.com.

I have many fond memories of sharing fun cheerleading experiences with Sandy at RHAM. She was by far the cutest girl in our high school class. Our deepest sympathies to Pat and all of the family. The Foleys lived next door to us in Marlborough and Sandy and Patty would often babysit for us. They were great. And years later when Pat had the paint store and business, my husband Mike worked for him for a bit, after college. Wonderful family. Holding everyone on our prayers.

Patrick & family. My heart is broken .
So enjoyed playing golf with Sandy and conversations about grandkids and esp Coast Guard stories. She was quite the lady and will be missed. Rest in peace Sandy.
