Sandra Fallwell Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Boren-Conner Funeral Home - Jacksonville on Jan. 23, 2026.
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Sandra Rae Fallwell, who left this world on January 19, 2026, at the age of 56. Born on October 2, 1969, in the picturesque town of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, Sandra touched the lives of all who knew her with her infectious kindness and adventurous spirit.
Sandra was the cherished daughter of Thomas Jefferson Redding and Ina Gale Perry Redding, both of whom preceded her in death, along with her beloved uncle Daniel Perry, aunts Ola Perry, Ona Perry, Ilena Krausch, Toni Sturkie, and her precious granddaughter, Gracelynn Allen. Despite the heartbreak of loss throughout her life, Sandra remained a beacon of hope and love for her family and friends.
She is survived by her devoted daughters, Pamela Fallwell and McKayla Minchew, and her beloved brother, Randy. Sandra took immense pride in being a grandmother to seven wonderful grandchildren: Albert Dominy, Mary Dominy, Cooper Dominy, Weston Dominy, Coleman Minchew, Luke Minchew, and Cierra Jenkins. She also embraced her role as a great-grandmother, welcoming little Ellen McKinley into her family with open arms. Sandra's family was her greatest treasure, and her love for them was boundless.
Throughout her life, Sandra exemplified what it meant to care for others. She dedicated much of her time and energy to helping reunite families with loved ones who had been adopted, embodying the compassion that defined her character. Her generous spirit extended to her volunteer work with organizations such as the Make a Wish Foundation and the Relay for Life Cancer Foundation, alongside her involvement with numerous charities and youth groups. Sandra truly believed in the power of giving back and made a lasting impact on her community.
Sandra's hobbies reflected her zest for life. She found joy in visiting the beach, where she would bask in the sun and create cherished memories with her grandchildren. Her adventurous and spontaneous nature led her to seek out new experiences and places to explore. At home, she could often be found cuddled up with her beloved cat, Skitzy, enjoying episodes of "The Waltons," which brought her comfort and nostalgia.
At the core of Sandra's being was her beautiful soul, illuminated by her unwavering faith. She radiated love and kindness, reflecting God's grace through her actions and interactions with those around her. Her caring, loving, and giving nature made her a confidante and friend to many. Sandra was not shy to share her faith, often telling people about Jesus and the beauty of His grace.
As we celebrate the life of Sandra Rae Fallwell, we remember a woman who loved deeply, gave generously, and lived fully. Her legacy will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to cross her path. She leaves behind a family bound together by love and memories, a community enriched by her kindness, and a world that is a little brighter for having known her.
