On Monday night, October 20, 2025 at age 78, our Mother Sandra Jean Flook of the North Side of Pittsburgh passed away peacefully at home with her daughter and son by her side. Sandy was the mother of Susan (Craig) Mastendri and Daniel (Pam) Flook and Sister-in-law of Diane Vrbanac. Sandy was preceded in death by her parents, Willis and Ann Brown and her brother Buddy Brown.
Sandy graduated from Perry High School - Class of 1965. She was a championship swimmer who won various medals. Sandy was an amazing cook and a great baker. She was a caregiver to many and loved all the kids she babysat.
Sandy was a beautiful soul who loved her children each and every second of every day. There was not one thing she would not do for her children.
Funeral Services will be private. Celebration of Life Memorial will be held at a later date.
