Sandra Ford Obituary
Sandra was born on November 8, 1938, in St. Louis, Missouri to John George and Jessie Carver. Sandra earned an Associate's Degree in Psychology from Jefferson College. She was a wife, a mother, a marketing director, and an artist. Sandra was an active member of the local Democratic party, various art groups including Arts Rolla, the local chapter of the Alzheimer's Organization, and a member of First United Methodist Church in Rolla, Missouri. Her Christian faith was central for her.
Sandra loved her family, enjoyed gardening, bird watching, and traveling. She loved to read, everything from mystery thrillers to books about history, archeology, and theology.
Sandra is survived by daughters Janiece Mulia of Columbia, Missouri and Michelle (Jeff) Kirby of Loch Lloyd, Missouri as well as grandchildren Mike (Stephanie) Mulia, Joe Mulia, Alex (Paula) Mulia, Kristen (Carl) Snyder, and Andy (Sam) Guarini and great grandchildren Skylar Guarini, Rylan Mulia, Rowen Mulia, Maddie Mulia, Vince Mulia, Elizabeth Mulia and Josephine Mulia along with nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased in death by husband Hugh Ford, parents John George and Jessie Carver, sisters Cecelia Craft and Jo Meade and her beloved Rosie.
A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date and announced on her Facebook page. In lieu of flowers, the family appreciates donations to the local chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.
