Sandra Freeman Obituary
Sandra Anne Freeman, age 58, passed away surrounded by her loved ones on November 12th, 2024.
She will be remembered for her unwavering support for her family, and her selflessness in all things. She has been a pillar of her community, involved in dozens of charitable acts across Northeast Ohio over many years of service, and her dedication has been an inspiration to many more.
Sandra is survived by her three sons Jonathan (Megan), William, and Samuel Freeman, as well as her husband, Christopher Freeman. She will be greatly missed by her three sisters Deborah Dezember (Garnett), Susan Patchen, and Jennifer McCall (Brian). She will be remembered by her treasured granddaughter Violet Freeman and grandniece Elliot Griffith.
Sandra was preceded in death by her parents Barbara and Raymond Patchen.
An open celebration of her life will be held at Hummel Funeral Home, 3475 Copley Road from 2-4 PM on Sunday, November 17th. Come as you are, casual dress.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Blessings in a Backpack of Akron or any of the charities supported by WITAN, in order to continue her support for the vulnerable of Summit County.
