My heart is heavy upon learning of this tragedy! To the family and friends of Sandy, you are in my heart and prayers. I worked next to Sandy at OCFS on the Child Care side before she retired and I thoroughly enjoyed her witty dry humor and personality. She will be missed dearly. Heaven has gained an angel. -Najah
