Sandra Kaye Gibson was born May 9, 1952, in Detroit, Michigan to Beatrice Geraldine Northern and James Edward Bonner, both have made their transition before her. Sandra graduated from Central High School in 1971 then went on to pursue her calling as a nurse graduating from JTPA school of practical nursing in 1985. Sandra gave birth to two sons, Vincent Bonner who transitioned before her and James Daniels. She married the love of her life Michael Gibson on July 28, 1994, and gained two children through her union with Michael, Shalada Gibson and Michael Gibson Jr who also transitioned before her. Up until her transition Michael has always showered her with flowers, taken care of her and loved her unconditionally for 31 years. Sandra was ordained as an evangelist minister under the leadership of Pastor Gregory Foster Sr of Kadesh Baptist Church. Sandra was also an evangelist minister at Truth Christian Assembly under the late Apostle Michael Shakespeare. Sandra's life is full of so many people that she has led to Christ, encouraged in Christ, and loved through Christ. Sandra loved God and she loved God's people, always having a heart to assist where she could. Sandra will always be remembered for her classy dressing, her flawless makeup, and eyelashes all assembled with her infectious smile, caring heart, and support. Sandra would always make sure that others knew they were seen, she greeted everyone, even if she was not feeling well. The most important part of Sandra's life is that she lived it dedicated to God. Even in sickness you would find her watching sermons, studying her Bible, praying and praising with praise music on. She loved to sing and talk about the goodness of God. Sandra leaves to cherish her memories, her devoted husband Michael, her son James, her daughter Shalada Gibson, her brother Gary Bonner, and her prize and joy grandchildren Jamie Daniels, and Javion Wilson. She also leaves a host of family and friends that loved her deeply.
