Sandra M. Gober, 77, of White Hall, passed away July 28, 2025.
She was born October 7, 1947, in Pine Bluff to the late James Middlebrooks and Florence (Bennett) Middlebrooks.
Sandra was a 1965 Graduate of Dollarway High School, going on to receive her bachelor's degree in early childhood education from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
She taught kindergarten for 30 years at Martin Elementary in Altheimer, Arkansas. After retirement, Sandra was a dedicated "Dano" to her 4 grandchildren. She loved spending summers with the grands making memories the kids still love to talk about today. She was a loving mother who always put her children and grandchildren's needs before her own.
In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by her lifelong partner, Danny Williams.
She is survived by her daughters, Allison (Steven) Brown, and Christi Thews; grandchildren, Jordan Cotner, Cameron Thews, Kendall Thews, and Holdyn Brown; brother, James (Alice Ann) Middlebrooks; nephew, Eulan (Colleen) Middlebrooks; great-niece, Ava Middlebrooks; great-nephew, Jake Middlebrooks; special 1st cousin, Jim (Pam) Bennett, and very good friends who were like family, Freda, Deborah & Gail, as well as her fur babies Lucy and Bella.
Funeral services will be private, and she will be laid to rest at Union Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials in Sandra's honor can be made to the Pine Bluff Animal Shelter located at 901 N Harvey St. Pine Bluff, AR 71061
