Ms. Sandra Gale Hester

"He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty" Psalms 91:1 Ms. Sandra Gail Hester was born on October 13, 1955 to Thomas Hester and Shirley J. King. She departed this earthly life on August 17, 2025. Preceding her in death was her parents; Thomas Hester and Shirley King. Sandra was educated in the Robeson County School System and was employed with Pratt and Whitney Aircraft in Connecticut. She moved back home to were she spent her life while attending various churches in the area. Sandra received Christ while living in Greenbrier by repenting according to Romans 10:9, and was baptized at Sandy Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Lumberton, at a young age. She leaves to cherish precious memories her children: Cheryl Hester and Wayne Richardson. Her sisters: Brenda White (Peter), Debra Hester and Annette Thompson. One brother, Rev. Thomas Dudley (Mary). Sandra also leaves eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews. Sandra will be greatly missed by all who knew her. In her spare, time she would make tapes and her favorite songs were by gospel recording artist, Mr. Lee Williams whom she got to see at his last concert at Faith Tabernacle Church in St. Pauls, North Carolina. To have known Sandra was to love her. Take your rest Sandra, receive your crown. We loved you, but God loved you best.
