Died on Sunday, May 28, 2023, at Pine View Assisted Living at NorthPointe Woods. Sandra was born on July 5, 1938, in Battle Creek, the daughter of George W. and Clella (Lewis)Wasson. Sandra had been a lifelong resident of the area and attended Lakeview High School. In 1956, she was united in marriage to Donald H. Ingle who preceded her in death in 2018. She was a member of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church. Sandra was a head cook at Valley View Elementary School and was a custodian for the Battle Creek area schools. She enjoyed, wood crafts, painting, crocheting, sewing, cooking, playing the organ and going to Saddlebag Resort in Lake Wales, FL. Surviving is a daughter, Michel Lynn (RJ) Mullenix; sons, Michael Harrison (Julie) Ingle and Mark Harold (Denise) Ingle; grandchildren, Andrew Mullenix, Aaron Mullenix, Alan Mullenix, Ashley Kimble, Amy Quick, Marissa Massey and Matthew Ingle; 13 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by brothers, George, Jack, Louie Wasson and a sister, Patricia Harms. A visitation will be held Tuesday from 4 to 7:00 p.m., at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at the Funeral home. Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be given to the Alzheimer’s Association or NorthPointe Woods. www.henryfuneralhome.org
