Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Lake Arthur, LA for Ms. Sandra Klumpp, 80, who passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at the West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital. The family requests that visiting hours be held at the Matthews Funeral Home in Lake Arthur, LA on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, from 9:30 AM until her services at 2:00 PM with a rosary recited at 11:00 AM. Reverend Jay Alexius will be the officiant. Graveside services will follow in the Lakeview Cemetery. Sandra was born in Jennings, LA on October 31, 1944, to the late Felicien Broussard and Mary Isabelle Broussard, both of Lake Arthur, LA. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, Sandra was the true matriarch of her family. Sandra was a beloved member of her community, with unwavering faith and love. She worked in the retail industry for many years. Sandra is survived by her son, Hillary Joseph Klumpp, Jr. (Jamie) of Iowa, LA; her brother, Lionel Hanks; her step sons, Brian Klumpp (Denise) and Pete Klumpp (Gina); her step daughter, Cindy Klumpp; her three grandchildren, Drake Klumpp, Cade Klumpp and Caylee Klumpp; her honorary daughter, Darla LaCombe; her niece and nephew also godchildren, Lauren Hanks and Jene Hanks and niece, Leah Broussard. She is preceded in death by her husband, Hillary Joseph Klumpp; her parents, Felicien Broussard and Mary Isabelle Broussard; her sister-in-law, Priscilla Zaunbrecher Hanks and her lifelong sister in Christ, Velta LaCombe. Upholding the honor as pallbearers will be Hillary Klumpp, Cade Klumpp, Jene Hanks, Cash Ardoin, Kevin LaCombe and Darla LaCombe. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Matthews Funeral Home LAKE ARTHUR, 317 Kellogg Street Lake Arthur, LA 70542
