Sandra J. Kosinski, age 79, of Syracuse, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, peacefully departed this world on January 15, 2026, in Goshen, Indiana. She was born on January 7, 1947 in Chicago, IL to Theodore and Kay (Bertling) Stone. She married Dennis W. Kosinski. He passed away on August 28, 2013.

Sandra graduated from Mercy High School in 1965, where she likely cultivated the strong values of dedication and community that would define her life. Throughout her years, she found solace and joy in the natural world, often dedicating her time to gardening. Her love for nature extended to the joy of seeing her four grandchildren relish their time at the lake, a place that surely held many treasured family memories. An avid sewer and crocheter, Sandra had an innate ability to design and decorate, infusing creativity into all aspects of her life. Her passions not only illuminated her homes but also brought joy to those fortunate enough to receive her handmade gifts.

Sandra leaves behind her cherished children, Beth (Jon Paul) Keller of Crown Point, Indiana and Michael (Britt) Kosinski of Channahon, Illinois. Her legacy continues with her beloved grandchildren, Benjamin, Anderson, Jackson Keller, and Taylor Kosinski, who will carry forth her spirit and love. Also mourning her loss is her sister, Catherine (Gregg) Spalding of Syracuse, along with her nephew, Zachary Spalding. Sandra was predeceased by her parents and her brother, Bill Stone.

Sandy's life was a beautiful tapestry woven with love, creativity, and the joy of family. Her memory will live on in the minds and hearts of all who knew her, and she will be greatly missed. Titus Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington Street, Syracuse, Indiana has been entrusted with Sandy's care. The family is grieving privately. A graveside service will be planned at Syracuse Cemetery in the spring. To send a written condolence, visit Sandy's obituary page at: www.TitusFuneralHome.com.
