Sandra Lynn McCullough, 78, of Linesville, went home to be with Jesus while surrounded by her loving family on Monday, March 17, 2025, at her residence after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born July 12, 1946 in Franklin, she was the daughter of Thomas and Lois (Ford) Robertson. She married Dan McCullough on July 6, 1968. Sandra’s grandfather, Rev. H.E. Robertson, not only officiated their wedding in Franklin, but also was the inspiration behind her faith in Christ.
She was a 1964 graduate of Franklin High School. She was a loving and devoted homemaker. Sandy was a member of North Shenango Presbyterian Church in Espyville.
Her purpose in life was to show love and care for others. Her greatest joy in life was when she was surrounded by family and friends. Sandy had a gentle soul and was loved by all who knew her. She was an avid reader. She especially enjoyed reading her Bible and deepening her understanding in Christ. She was a faithful servant and modeled obedient faith by the way she lived.
Survivors include her loving husband of 56 years, Dan McCullough of Linesville; mother Lois Robertson, of Raleigh, North Carolina; daughter, Michelle Gould and her husband, Patrick, of Linesville; son, Len McCullough and his wife, Katrina, of Cooperstown; six grandsons, Hayden, Brady and Hunter Gould and Demetri, Cameron and Briggs McCullough; brother, Edward Robertson and his wife, Dale, of Tennessee; sister, Judy Knight of Raleigh, North Carolina; and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Friday, March 21, 2025 from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Royal-Coleman Funeral Home, 6028 U.S. Highway 6, Linesville.
The funeral will follow at 6 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home with Pastor Greg Vanderveen of the North Shenango Presbyterian Church officiating.
