OGDENSBURG-A Graveside Service for Sandra J. (White) Montroy, 85, of Ogdensburg will be held in the Spring at the Ogdensburgh Cemetery. Mrs. Montroy died on Thursday, January 16th, 2025 at her home, surrounded by her family and under the care of Hospice.
Arrangements are under the direction of Frary Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
Sandra J. (White) was born on October 20th, 1939 in Madrid, NY. She was the daughter of the late Gerald and Margaret (Rabideau) White. She attended Madrid Central Schools. She worked as a House Keeper for the Notre Dame Rectory and for House Keeping at the Clark County Community Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was a parishioner of Notre Dame Church and was very active in the parish. She loved going to BINGO in her younger years, knitting and playing games on her tablet. Most of all she loved to spend time with her family especially her beloved grandchildren.
She is survived by her children; Kimberly Baker of Ogdensburg, Calvin Montroy Jr. and his wife Tina of Kansas, Synda McNeilly and her companion Dale Earl of Ogdensburg, Michael Montroy and his wife Brenda of Alabama, Bryan Montroy and his wife Carrie of Ogdensburg, Jody Montroy and his wife Heather of Ogdensburg, Timothy Montroy of Kansas, Christopher Montroy and his wife Theresa of Virginia, Scott Montroy and his wife Jess of Wisconsin and Rick White and his companion Grace Mashaw of Ogdensburg. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, twenty-six grandchildren and many great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and nieces, nephews and cousins. She is also survived by her siblings, Eugene White and his wife Faye of Colton, Geraldine McGowan of Ogdensburg and Gay Jarvis and her husband Lloyd of Wisconsin.
She was predeceased by her parents Gerald and Margaret White, her brother Jefferey White and her brother-in-law Charles McGowan.
