She was born into this life on September 15, 1949, in Bend OR., a daughter to the late Don Moran Sr., and Dorothy (Cook) Moran.
Surviving are nieces; Devon Jordan, of Belington WV., and Tanya Coontz of Winchester, VA.
Sandra was a graduate of Philip Barbour High School. After graduation she proudly served our country enlisting in the United States Army where she was a specialist five finance corps women's army corps. She will be deeply missed by those who knew her.
In honoring Sandra's wishes, her remains were cremated. No services are planned.
